Off-the-peg web sites.

"Off-the-peg" doesn't mean that all our simple web sites will look the same - just that they're limited to a few standard layouts to cut down the design time.

They can have several kinds of navigation:

by  plain text links ,
 
 text links in boxes 
 
or button link

They can be conventional frameless pages like most of this web site to suit older browsing software, or use frames to give a more modern look.

Pages can have plain or patterned backgrounds - we have a range of suitable patterns and textures.

any colour - but you need good contrast

We also have a vast selection of graphics to brighten up your pages, or we can incorporate your own illustrations (which we can scan for you if necessary.)

All pages can include your logo on every page if you have one (or free design of a simple logo if you haven't.)

If you are a writer, we can offer a special deal. As a writer, you probably want to have the wording of your site "just so", and perhaps include quite a lot of text. It makes sense for you to write this yourself, and if so there's less work to do building your site and we can offer you a worthwhile discount.

Have a look at some sample off-the-peg frameless pages. Sites will normally be designed with a common appearance for all the pages in a site, but these sample pages are all different - yet all have the same content.

The sample framed pages demonstrate the same three kinds of navigation (all in the same frame) and the same content as the frameless pages.
